Great experience. It was very easy to plan and coordinate and the moving team was solid. Everton, Cedric, Gibson, Brionna, and Giovanni were all professional and considerate of our contents. They wrapped everything tight and hustled hard. Great attitudes all around. We did have some minor damages with a press wood desk and some scuffs on the floor, but honestly it was within expectations for sure a big move. 100% recommend.

The move and movers themselves were great. Slight damage to my vinyl floor at my old apartment, otherwise no issues. Company however, different story. I moved in early July, (it’s now mid November) and they have been ghosting my emails for a month now regarding my refund on what i was charged for damage to said floors. Keep in mind, before they were saying they are paying me and that they’re just having “internet issues”. Nearly 5 months to get a little over $100 refund on damage that I had to pay for is absolutely insane. For a college student, that makes a difference. Trying to call tomorrow.

I've moved several times in my life and Local Movers Online was the best experience I've had hiring movers. They completed a move in 5 hours that had taken a previous crew from a couple years earlier about 8 hours to do. They showed up with their own moving blankets, plastic wrap, dollys, etc, and took care of of all our belongings. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

I had 2 guys booked for 2 hours, and 3 actually showed up because one was in training (you are not charged extra for them). They were so efficient and asked where to put everything before placing it down. They were so efficient and my crew was flexible. My complex had to push me moving in an hour and a half and my movers were very understanding and waited to clock-in until everything was ready to be moved from the POD to the apartment. Would definitely use them again with the price and quality!!

I highly recommend Local Movers Online. I had to move my father from one assisted living facility to another. Mike and Pervis showed up and without hesitation moved his items down a hallway, down an elevator and down another hallway out a service entrance in 45 minutes. I was totally impressed. The entire move from Decatur to Marietta including travel was completed in 2 hours which was less than I expected. There was also an error in the charge to my charge card which Brittany in customer service promptly handled. Shelby was great too in arranging this move in a very short notice. Thanks again and highly recommend this mover.
